Return & Exchange Policy
In our commitment to the satisfaction of our valued customers, we would like to clarify our approved Return and Exchange Policy as follows:
First: Showrooms (MOELRY Jewelry Showrooms)
- Returns: Within 24 hours from the invoice date.
- Exchanges: Within 4 days from the invoice date.
Second: MOELRY Official Online Store
- Returns: Within 4 days from the date of receiving the order.
- Exchanges: Within 15 days from the date of receiving the order.
General Terms & Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
- This policy is effective as of January 7, 2026.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all accessories and original packaging intact, and the purchase invoice must be presented.
- Discounted items and special offers (if any) are not eligible for return or exchange.
- All returned or exchanged jewelry is subject to inspection by MOELRY experts to ensure it matches the invoice details.
Fees & Deductions
- We bear the shipping costs in case the jewelry has a manufacturing defect.
- A shipping fee of SAR 50 will be deducted for returns of online purchases within the approved return period.
- Transaction fees charged by electronic payment networks (such as Mada, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or any other payment method) will be deducted.
- Refunds will be issued to the customer’s original payment method after deducting any applicable bank fees.
Refund Process
- For payments made via bank transfer, the refund will be returned to the same bank account after deducting any applicable bank fees.
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days, and the time for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account depends on the customer’s bank policies.
Note
We do not accept used products, items that show signs of misuse, or jewelry that does not match the details stated on the attached invoice. MOELRY reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges for products that do not comply with the conditions outlined in this Return and Exchange Policy.
